SELF-ASSESMENT



Hi everyone!

We have finished the third term and I learned a lot of new vocabulary of transport like rush hour, double-decker, pedalling... Also I have finished my portfolio and I improve my skills about reading and listenning, I´m sure I will communicate better at a foreign country now because I have recovered my speaking and my intonation

VOCABULARY UNIT 5-6

Tradition: a way of acting that people in a particular society or group have continued to follow for a long time. For example in England is a tradition drink tea at 5 o'clock.

Etiquette: conventional requirements as to social behavior

Netiquette: the etiquette of computer networks, internet etc.

Rank: a social or official position or standing

Admit: to allow

State: the condition of a person or thing with respect to circumstances or experiences 

Diplomacy: skill in managing negotiations tact

PE class

Football PE lesson
Warm up:
First the students should go jogging around the court for more or less 5 minutes to start getting active.
Then they must do some join movility exercises that we will explain while they are still running slowly, after this they will form a circle and stretch their muscles as we will show them.









The specific warm up will be a “rondo”, the students will form groups of 6 members and one of them will be in the middle of a circle formed by his/her partners, then the students in the outside will start passing the ball to each other and the one in the middle will try to get it, when this happens he will change possitions with the partner who lost the ball. This activity will last another five minutes to start getting in touch with the balls.


Main part:
The students will make four rows two in front of the other two, and they will pass the ball to the prtners opposite them, to practice their precision and strength in passing.
Then they are going to make two rows one in each goal and we are going to give them some balls and they will start taking turns to shoot to the goal, to practice definition and strength.
After this we will make three teams and we will play matches of 5 minutes or two goals , only two teams every match, the team who wins continues in the court.







Cool down:
The students will run two laps and then they will stretch.

SELF-ASSESMENT

This term I have improved in speaking and now I can understand the Spanish Inquisition better. In grammar I have to improve because in this term I had bad marks, also I have improved in vocabulary and I have learned the benefits of a healthy diet.
I´ll improve in the third term.
